The Role

Lead installation and commissioning teams on LED display projects across Malaysia. You'll be the technical authority on site — from pre-installation checks, rigging supervision and calibration to testing, handover documentation and client training.

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering
  • 3+ years hands-on experience in LED display or AV system installation
  • Familiar with control systems (NovaStar / Colorlight) and signal topology
  • Able to read structural, electrical and signal drawings
  • Willing to travel and supervise work at height
  • Mandarin an advantage for factory liaison

The Role

Grow BIGSTAR's dealer and integrator network across Malaysia. You'll consult clients on the right LED solution, prepare quotations, and manage projects from enquiry to handover together with our technical team.

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing
  • 2+ years B2B sales experience (LED / AV / display industry preferred)
  • Strong communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin an advantage)
  • Own transport, comfortable with site visits nationwide
  • Self-driven with good follow-up discipline
